The complete basketball program is a twenty week, five phase strength and conditioning program designed for basketball players to prepare their bodies for the next level of competition. This program includes progressive overload strategies to maximize soft-tissue health and increase lean mass, aerobic and anerobic conditioning protocols, power and elastic strength development, as well as high-intensity conditioning.


This 8- week conditioning program is built for athletes from all individual and team sports who want to improve their speed, conditioning, agility, and overcome the feeling of heavy feet. All you need is open space to complete the sessions.

The program combines sprint mechanics, aerobic conditioning, and change of direction work to help you move more efficiently and perform at a higher level. It is designed to bridge the gap between strength training and on-field conditioning, making you a more complete athlete.

You will also learn how to assess your conditioning before and after the program, so you can track your progress objectively.
